Returns & Exchanges


Our main goal is to have our customers satisfied.


If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept most items for exchange, refund or merchandise credit within 10 days, accompanied by a sales receipt and Certificate of Authenticity. After 10 days, all sales are final. All returns must be in the original condition. Online purchases can only be returned online, not in-store. Custom and engraved items are non-refundable.

All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 14 days from the date the return is received. Merchandise credits will be issued through our system within 3 days from the date the return is received. Please contact our staff at +1 (970) 827 4222 or [email protected]. 

In-Store Purchases
All non-custom items may be exchanged or receive store credit within
10 days of purchase. All sales are final after the 10th business day from date of purchase. Items will be inspected and only returned for store credit or exchanged upon verification of the authenticity and condition of the returned item. Custom items are non-refundable. Any merchandise purchased in a store must be returned to the store where it was originally purchased.

Shipping a Return

t +1 (970) 827 4222 or email [email protected] to make arrangements for returning your item. A J. Cotter Specialist will provide you with shipping instructions along with a Return Authorization Number.

Except for any products designated on the Site as non-returnable, we will accept a return of the products for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, provided such return is made within ten (10) days of delivery and provided such products are: (a) returned in the same shipping box, (b) in the original condition with original J. Cotter packaging ; and (c) accompanied by a sales receipt to the J. Cotter Gallery including Certificate of Authenticity.
